Masters in Management (MIM) are postgraduate programs in general management. The course is ideal for fresh graduates and any one in the age group of 20 – 26 years. One can study directly after graduation or with very little or no work experience. MIM is a usually a lesser duration program (12 to 20 months). Europe was the most proliferating geographic area for the Masters in Management program, however with increasing demand, the USA and Asia have also started offering this program. MIM course fees are much lesser than an MBA program. The fees in Europe ranges from Euro 16000 to Euro 25700. 

MIM course portfolio covers a broad range of business topics like MARKETING, Project Management, Human Resources Management, IT Management etc. The MIM program helps to develop leadership skills through personal development, leadership courses or seminars, cases studies and teamwork. One can qualify for working as a manager. The knowledge, leadership skills, and the international experience gained is equivalent to that obtained in an MBA program. To apply for an MIM program one should have Bachelor’s degree along with GMAT and proof of English language skills. MIM programs are offered at premier B-Schools like HEC Paris, St. Gallens, London Business School, Hult International Business School etc.
